All of these skills you will learn over the course of a few weeks are yours forever. The return on investment is in proportion to your commitment to creating a few new habits with what you learned (like using the "Quick & the Dead" kettlebell/body weight formula for at least 15-30 minutes a day).

Lessons tailored to your personal goals! This can include varying degrees of focus on particular martial skills (jiu jitsu, weapons, etc.), specific strength and fitness goals, rehabilitation, competition preparation...
